For the past 15 years I have worked in Player development, first in summer camps, then gradually working with a higher level of athletes, featuring professional players from all around the world.

15 years ago we built Elite Athletes Belgium. A camp, clinic, and training centre in Antwerp that is designed to re-imagine what playing, coaching, and learning the game of basketball is all about.

7 years later we started with our academy program that has now grown from 1 to 9 teams over the span of 5 years.

Throughout this 15 year period I have been fortunate enough to travel the world presenting for coaches, and training players from the grassroots, to the professional levels, and everything in between.
