I’m a mother to 3 beautiful children. My professional background was clerical positions within the NHS and Primary schools. My youngest child was diagnosed with profound Autism which meant I became a full time carer for him. Last year I began to feel lost within myself, I wanted to develop a new skill/ Hobby. I’ve quickly developed a passion for baking sweet treats and believe I’m good at it. I understand that purchasing sweet bakes can be considered as a luxury to many in the current financial climate. My aim is to deliver escapism, celebration and indulgence within every bite of my sweet treats at reasonable prices.
