Terms of Service (TOS)

All my avatars are protected under artist copyright and any attempt to upload/sell will result in an immediate DMCA takedown.

All my avatars are Private Uploads Only. No Public versions/uploads.

All my avatars are made by me. You cannot claim/sell them as your own.

All parties must have purchased the avatar themselves, if file sharing (Commissions are allowed for file sharing, if the client has purchased it, and require a creator to edit for them, granted the creator doesn't save the files after commission is completed and only the client has them.)

Any assets made by me on my avatars, that are on my store, you have rights like you purchased the individual item.

Any assets made by other creators on my avatars, are not to be reused/taken off the avatar.

Any assets made or altered by me that are not listed in my store, are not be reused for selling/nitro and/or public/free avatars.

If an upload and/or edit is needed, feel free to reach out. (Price is determined project by project.)

My avatars are made for the intentions of the use in VRChat, If wish to be used for a different kind of platform, to reach out to me for permission and information on what product and what platform.

I'm offering services of $5 - Uploads w/no edits

Editing is allowed.

With this avatar being a digital product, refunds are not granted.
