All items are handmade or custom‑designed. Slight variations in color, placement, or scale may occur due to screen differences, materials, or the handmade process. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Customer‑submitted artwork must be print‑ready, high‑resolution, and owned by the customer. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have full rights to use it.

2. Processing Times

Our standard processing time is 10–14 business days

(excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise notified.

Processing begins after payment is received and after all required artwork or customization details are submitted.

Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Just Peachy Creative Customs & Sparky’s Chop Shop is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom‑made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If an error occurs on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and resolve it at our discretion.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments must be completed at checkout.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in account restrictions.

Customer‑submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.
