1. Introduction
This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which JustStarted.Co (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages refund and return requests for purchases made through our Payhip store.
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and compliance with UK consumer protection law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
As our products are primarily digital downloads, toolkits, templates, and compliance resources, this policy clarifies how refunds apply to both digital and physical materials.
2. Digital Products
All digital products, toolkits, templates, and documents offered by JustStarted.Co are delivered electronically and made available instantly after purchase.
Once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or opened, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is considered waived, as digital content is classified as non-returnable once accessed.
However, we will consider refund requests if:
- The product file is corrupt, inaccessible, or incomplete, or
- The content received is materially different from the description on the product page.
If you experience any technical difficulty with your download, please contact us at hello.juststarted@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A description or screenshot of the issue
We will investigate promptly and, if eligible, issue a replacement file or refund within 5–10 working days.
3. Physical or Print-on-Demand Products (if applicable)
In the rare case where a physical product or printed material is purchased via our store, the following applies:
- You must notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived faulty.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.
- Once approved, you may return the item following our instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or sent in error.
4. Cancellations (Before Download or Dispatch)
If you change your mind before a digital product has been downloaded or before a physical item is dispatched, you may request a cancellation by emailing hello.juststarted@gmail.com immediately.
Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, or once a physical product has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Depending on your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or your bank), it may take up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
6. Digital License and Product Use
All JustStarted.Co products are licensed for personal and business use only by the purchaser.
They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without our prior written consent.
Refunds will not be issued where it is evident that materials have been used, copied, or redistributed in violation of this licence.
