The 10-Minute Summer Shred Circuit: Do each move for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds. Repeat 2x.


1. Jump Squats

2. Push-ups (knee or full)

3. Mountain Climbers

4. Reverse Lunges (alternating legs)

5. Plank Hold



Bonus Finisher (1 Minute): Burpees – as many as you can!
