This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Licensee ("Effective Date") by and between KACET ("Licensor") and the user accepting this agreement ("Licensee").

Important Notice: This Agreement solely applies to the software and products owned and created by the Licensor. Products or services mentioned on the website, including those in the blog section, that are made by others are not covered by this Agreement and are subject to their respective terms and conditions set by the original creators.

1. Grant of License: The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software of this company ("Software") for personal and commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

• The Licensee may use the Software to assist in creating products or projects for commercial purposes.
• The Licensee is permitted to use the Software as a tool in their personal or commercial projects.

3. Prohibited Uses:

The Licensee shall not:

• Edit, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or any derivative works.

4. Ownership: The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet the Licensee's requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Licensee fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Licensor's place of operation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.

Agreement Acceptance: By downloading or using the Software, You, as the user ("Licensee") acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Software License Agreement.
