Refund Policy

At KB Supply, all products sold are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

Once a purchase is completed and the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or sent automatically, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing a digital product
Delivery occurs electronically
Access is granted immediately or automatically after payment
All sales are final

2. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving a digital product may be permanently banned from future purchases.

We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, download access, transaction records, and customer communications to payment processors in response to disputes.

3. Product Access Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing your purchased product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Support is limited to resolving legitimate access or delivery issues and does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if required by applicable law.

Any exception granted shall be at the sole discretion of KB Supply.
