🍽️ Food for Thought: There’s Room at the Table

From the book Come and Dine by Larry Fleetwood

Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong? Like the table was full, and there was no seat left for you?

The beautiful truth is—Jesus always makes room.

In Come and Dine, we’re reminded that Christ’s invitation is open to everyone. No matter your past, your pain, or your place in life, He says:

“Come, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

At His table, there’s abundance, forgiveness, and restoration.

You don’t have to bring perfection—just a willing heart.

You don’t have to earn your place—He’s already set it for you.

This table is not about status or worthiness; it’s about grace.

Jesus feeds the hungry, welcomes the outcast, and restores the broken.

And when you sit with Him, you’ll discover there’s more than enough—peace, love, and mercy overflowing.

So today’s question is simple:

🍞 Will you accept the invitation?

Because the table is ready, the meal is prepared, and your name is already on the seat.

🕊️ Food for Thought:

You are never forgotten. You are always invited. Come and dine—His grace is waiting for you.
