GDPR Compliance

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect from 25 May 2018. This is a brief overview of what we as a company is doing toward GDPR Compliance.

First we are improving our transparency by updating our Privacy Policies to identify the information that we collect about our users, and how your information is collected and used. If you continue to use our services, it means you agree to our new policy.

Second, we recognized how it is very important for you to control your information, since we use third party suppliers ( e.g. Stripe, Paypal) and we are reviewing how they manage your personal information and that they comply with applicable laws, including GDPR. We are also reviewing our internal controls around team members as to who have access to your data.

Condition of Use

You must be eighteen (18) years of age when making a purchase of any products on our social sites, blogs, website, online stores paying with a credit or debit card, you must provide a valid credit card number and associated information must be provided at the time of purchase.

• Zip code associated with the card.
• Credit/Debit type (e.g. Visa, MasterCard)
• The date of expiration.
• Verification number. (see back)

By submitting this information, you are hereby agreeing that you authorized us to charge your credit/debit card. Making purchase through third party Paypal/Stripe.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchased (including applicable taxes, Shipping & Handling). If we do not receive payment from your credit/debit card, your order will not be process.

We values and respects your privacy. When you provide information through our store we use this information to communicate with you about our products and services, contests, promotions, deals, newsletter.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. As described in this policy, we may share among our brands or under circumstances with third parties that provide services on our behalf or to provide a particular product or service.

What kind of information do K! Graphics collect?

We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit card number, gender, date of birthday, and personal interest when you visit our store for us to provide to you our services, contact us with a question or concern or participate in our contest, promotion or survey.

Do we K! Graphics share your information?

When you share your personal information, with our services providers who manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as fulfilling promotions, billing, conducting surveys etc. We do not authorize any of these services providers to make any other use or disclosure of your personal information. We may share your information when we team up with another company to offer or provide products, services, contests or promotions to our customers.
