Hello again, beautiful souls...
Another week, another insight drop! And this week, I’ve noticed something has been quietly unfolding in front of me.
You know those moments when something sneaks up on you, and you suddenly realise things have changed? Not in a big, dramatic way, but in a quiet, steady way that only becomes clear when you stop and really look at it?
This week, something has really landed for me. It hasn’t been a sudden 'aha' moment or a big dramatic realisation. Instead, it’s been a quiet, steady dawning of awareness as I’ve been working with my coaching clients.
I’ve been guiding each of them through a series of sessions as they walk their own path to personal growth, and something incredible is happening. I can SEE the shift in them. I can FEEL their confidence growing. With each session, I’m watching them step into their own power in a way that feels almost tangible.
And then it dawned on me.....I’m not just noticing 'their' transformation. I’m witnessing 'my own' at the same time.
When I first started this training, I knew I wanted to develop my skills and be the best coach I could be. But seeing these visible results in my clients, watching them change in real time, has given me a whole new level of belief in what I do.
It’s one thing to learn a framework or understand a technique. It’s another to see it working in front of your eyes, to feel the energy shift in a conversation, and to watch someone light up as they connect with their own inner wisdom.
I realise now that the shift hasn’t been loud or dramatic. It has been gradual, deep, and real.
And the best part is I’m not 'making' these transformations happen. I’m simply creating the space for them. And that is what coaching is all about.
I’ve always known this work is powerful, but experiencing it firsthand, seeing it unfold session by session, has made me feel it on a whole new level.
And That is the kind of shift that changes everything.
