Change can be very painful and often brings anxiety because it forces us to let go of a life, relationship, job, or place that no longer makes us happy.
Letting go means stepping into the unknown—and the unknown can feel terrifying.
But if you're not happy with the life you have, the relationship you're in, the place where you live, or the work you do, it's essential to take action.
At first, change feels uncomfortable (I've been there many times), but it's the only way to find something better. If we don't take that leap, we stay stuck, and nothing improves.
So, as the year draws to a close, find the courage to change at least one thing in your life. Make a commitment, write it down, create a plan, and take action.
