This course offers a structured and accessible introduction to Medical Astrology for Acupuncturists, designed to bridge Western astrology and Eastern Medicine in a clinically relevant way—bringing the cosmos into your clinical thinking without abandoning the rigor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Beginning with the foundations of Western astrology, the course guides you through astrological theory and its medical correlations. Through a cross-system, East–West integrative lens, you’ll learn to read the natal chart as a symbolic diagnostic map, not a predictive tool, to reveal:

Constitutional strengths and weaknesses
Subtle patterns of qi and disharmony
Elemental, modal, and polar imbalances contributing to excess, deficiency, or stagnation
Environmental influences, hidden energetic signatures, inherited vs. acquired traits
Psycho-emotional-spiritual factors that shape health

Whether you are new to astrology or already familiar with its principles, this program provides a practical framework to enhance pattern recognition, refine case-taking, and deepen clinical insight—using astrology as a symbolic map to assess both cosmic and constitutional influences.

The Teacher

M. Virginia Kelly, MS, L.Ac. is a Medicine Woman: Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Psychotherapist, Professional Astrologer, and Holistic Healer, specializing in Body–Mind–Spirit Medicine.

As the daughter of a physician and a nurse, medicine was integral to her upbringing. Yet her lifelong pursuit has been to reclaim a truly holistic model of healing — one rooted in the wisdom of Ancient, Alchemical, and Eastern traditions, where science, spirit, and consciousness merge. In today’s Western world of specialization, this unified approach has largely been fragmented, even within holistic health.

Rather than choosing between being “clinical” or “intuitive,” Virginia’s work bridges both. Influenced by quantum science, her practice integrates rigorous training with spiritual insight.

Through decades of immersion and study across Eastern Medicine, Western Psychology, and Mystical traditions, Virginia has cultivated an integrative approach grounded in both formal training and practical experience.

She is the founder of Kelly’s Holistic Healing Arts (NJ), where she has maintained a fully integrative private practice for almost two decades.

In recognition of her work, Virginia was named an Honored Listee in Marquis Who’s Who (2024) as a Holistic Healer and received a Preliminary CMA Award (2025).
