From the Sketchbook to the Studio: The Art of the Process

There is a distinct kind of magic that happens in the studio when a project transitions from the screen to the physical workspace. After a weekend of navigating stormy weather and shifting timelines, the air is clear, the desk is reset, and the focus is entirely on the tactile, hands-on side of creation.

If you’ve been following our journey over the last few weeks, you know we’ve been operating at maximum velocity prepping a high-profile, custom Sweet 16 celebration gallery package.

The Milestone: Kits are Packed!

First, a huge milestone update: the first 20 experience kits are officially packed, sealed, and waiting to be shipped. Getting these assembled—complete with their custom paint palettes, reference layouts, and fresh studio easels—was a massive logistical lift. Seeing them lined up and ready to head out to our creators is incredibly satisfying.

With the first phase securely boxed up, the studio instantly shifted to part two of the order.

Behind the Design: Logos and Layouts

While the rain was coming down outside this past weekend, the digital sketchpads were glowing inside. A huge portion of the creative heavy lifting went into finalizing custom logo adjustments and wrapping up a brand-new collection of 7 exclusive coloring sheets.

These designs have been meticulously refined, printed, and are officially ready for the next phase of production.

What’s Next on the Easel

Now that we are back at the main workspace, the digital tools are taking a backseat so the hands-on crafting can begin. The fresh canvases have arrived, the printed sketches are lined up on the table, and the schedule for the rest of the week is dedicated to the slow, precise art of image transfers.

There is something deeply therapeutic about tracing those crisp pencil lines and transferring them onto raw canvas, transforming a digital concept into a physical piece of art that someone will soon bring to life with their own brushstrokes.
