Only if they're different types. Each guide is written for one energy type, so if your kids share a type, one guide covers them both. If they're different, and often they are, that's usually the reason what works for one doesn't work for the other.
Not at all. Everything is in plain English, and you don't need to read a chart or learn any jargon. You just need to know your child's type, and the guide does the rest.
The play activities are written for little ones aged around 2 to 7, so some will need adjusting and a few will feel too young. The pages for you, the grown-up, are about how your child is wired rather than their age, so they grow with your child... school, sport, siblings, secrets and calm transitions all still apply. If you'd like help that's specific to an older child, a session with me might be the better fit.
