Physical Items (Books)

• Non-Returnable: All physical items, including signed books, are non-returnable. Once purchased, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are severely damaged during shipping.

Digital Products (eBooks, Worksheets, and Downloads)

• Non-Returnable: All digital products, including eBooks, worksheets, and downloadable materials, are non-returnable. Once a purchase is completed and the files are made available for download via email, no refunds or exchanges can be processed.

Exceptions

• Only damaged physical items, as described above, are eligible for a refund or replacement. To assist with this, please provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. This will help me process your claim quickly. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
