Oakley Rota Privacy Policy

Oakley Rota ("the App") is operated by TY JOSEPH SPINK ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile information including your name, email address, user ID, business membership, staff role and profile photo. We also store information you choose to enter or upload, including rota and availability details, leave, sickness and shift requests, messages, reports, notes, maintenance photos and other workplace content. If you enable notifications, we store a device push-notification token.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide and secure the App: authenticating users, connecting staff to the correct business, displaying rotas, enabling workplace requests and messages, sending operational notifications, supporting users and maintaining reliable service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers and sharing

Information is processed using service providers needed to operate the App, including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and Expo and Apple for app delivery and push notifications. Information may also be visible to authorised managers and colleagues within the user's business where required by the App's features. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the App. We use access controls and reasonable technical measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update profile information in the App. To request access, correction, deletion or another privacy right, contact us using the support page below. Business managers may need to preserve workplace records where legally required. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.

Children

The App is intended for workplace use and is not directed to children under 13.
