About the Founder
Know Yo Stuff™ was created by Sylvia Yancy, a real estate professional, investor, and nonprofit founder who believes better decisions begin with better information.
Sylvia's experience includes:
✓ Licensed Real Estate Agent (1999–2002)
✓ Licensed Real Estate Broker (2002–2007)
✓ Private Real Estate Investor (2007–Present)
✓ Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization with more than 12 years of leadership experience
Throughout her career she has evaluated distressed properties, negotiated transactions, worked with investors, studied title issues, managed rehabilitation projects, and helped people avoid costly mistakes before they happened.
