🩷🍰 General Rules 🍰🩷

• I only work with adults!! 18+ ONLY. No exceptions.

• You’re free to use my textures, premade or custom for streaming or any kind of content creation, including SFW and NSFW. Just be responsible!

• I do not use any art from other artists. This includes but is not limited to tattoo designs, graphic designs, alphas, or anything that isn't free use, or explicitly allowed by the artist / Commercial use. 

• I can texture ANYTHING! Not just VRC Models. As long as I have a FBX (3D file) I can texture it!

• I don't give out my custom made Substance files to others for any reason.

• Do not claim to own or be the artist behind my work! Editing my work or drawing on it doesn't make it any less my work. Please give credit where it's due! If you make content of any kind, I would appreciate a link somewhere crediting me!

• My work is not allowed to be used by or associated with anyone promoting hateful or illegal messaging of any kind, including homophobia, transphobia, racism, predatory groups, etc..

• I don’t do Quest compatible work as it limits me creatively, sorry! You’re welcome to convert my textures if you’d like to try but my uploads and textures are meant for PC VR.

• Do not use my work or pictures of my textures with any type of AI. AI directly steals from artists like myself. You will be permanently Blacklisted.

• Commercial work is an option, however it is to be negotiated case by case between Kita and the model creator/

• When a new base that I’ve been planning premade textures for releases I will pause comm work for a few days in order to finish my premade textures for my shop.

• Do not ask me to replicate another artist's work, ask other artists to replicate MY work, or send me other artists files of any kind breaking their TOS. I will contact them immediately and blacklist you. Artists support artists.

• I do NOT do refunds as my products are digital downloads.

• I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

•  Everything is subject to edit or change over time! I ONLY OFFER TEXTURE WORK AT THIS TIME.

• My Blacklist for both Customers as well as Model Creators, etc, is private. I stick to my morals strictly, and I will not bend them for any reason. Please understand that my reasoning is private as well. I am happy to suggest different creators if this comes up in a commission inquiry.

🩷🍰 Premade Texture Rules 🍰🩷

• My premade Gumroad / Jinxxy textures aren’t Fursona designs for purchase! All design / character rights belong to Konfetti Klawz / Kita Sekki. This is to protect my work from starting fights on who owns what texture designs. If you'd like a design for your very own, consider a custom.

• I don't give out Unity files or Substance Painter files for premades for any reason.

• For helping others upload a premade texture, Both users must own the textures, or else it is considered redistribution and is illegal. You will be Blacklisted.

🩷🍰 Custom Commission Rules - Commercial and Personal 🍰🩷

Before Payment Info -

• Please come to me when you are sure of what you’d like. Changing your mind multiple times takes more time and is unfair to the both of us.

• Pricing generally starts at around 80$ for my custom work, but can vary widely depending on design.

• I only take commission payment via PayPal Invoice.

• Pricing is quoted individually for free, based on how long I think it will take me based on description or design.

• If you are looking to Skip queue / do a Rush comm, it will be +50% of the texture itself to the price.

• You must own the base I’m working on or adhere to the model’s TOS itself. If I don't own a model we add the price of the model to the commission.

• I am comfortable with both SFW and NSFW work, and am familiar with both. For NSFW, please be respectful / adhere to basic consent rules, such as spoilering NSFW references and asking to send them. Some NSFW Comm Subject matter will be declined for personal reasons.

• I don't work from AI generated references or work of any kind. Please give me photo references or a description.

• I will not make Textures based solely off of My or Other’s Characters for commissions.

• I can do texture based on a theme or description, but prefer Reference sheets. I have Aphantasia and cannot see pictures in my head. It's literally black. (Yes, it's genuinely the worst) I NEED a reference of some kind. Price will vary on the complexity of the design or description.

• Pricing for Artistic Liberty (Work where I create the design based on pictures or a theme) starts at 80$ and can be upgraded in price to be more detailed.

• You will NOT be added to Queue / have your Commission fully Accepted until Invoice has been sent and paid to deter flaking. The exception is if I am on a Payment pause, where I pause sending out invoices at a certain point in the queue in order to catch up on paid commissions. 

• I don't work with strict deadlines unless explicitly agreed upon.

• I will ALWAYS ask to send the invoice by asking for your email first, even if I have used it before. To me, providing the information is consent for me to use it for the invoice itself.

Post Payment Info -

• All updates will be posted via my public Trello board, as well as my discord server.

• Do not expect a lot of / any WIP (work in progress) photos, as I work very fast when I get to a commission in queue. If there's something you're particular about, let me know!

• If you don't respond to my finished WIP within a week, I will assume it's approved, and send the files your way.

• You may not edit a custom texture by me without direct permission. This includes Drawing over it. If you need changes, feel free to contact me!

• Taking Credit for my work is strictly prohibited. Give credit where it is due, I work hard to deliver high quality, unique work for everyone.

• I reserve the right to post and use previous commissions to promote my work, unless otherwise discussed.

• You're only eligible for a full refund if I haven't started your texture. Otherwise, a partial will be negotiated, and the work done will likely be reworked into a premade design.

🩷🍰 Custom Commission Rules - Commercial Use 🍰🩷

• Information to keep in mind when approaching this kind of commission for me to accurately price quote for you -

How many texture versions does your model need? How different of texture versions do you want?

Do you want a fully set up / ready to go Substance Painter File for your customers?

• Commercial work Includes rights to Distribute Textures and Substance files along with a Paid model of your creation.

• I operate generally on the most updated version of SPP, which is something to keep in mind for distribution to your customers!

• Rush Pricing / Queue skip (+50% of the Quote) , can be negotiated case by case for commercial work depending on original quote price.

• From working on the model, I’d like a copy of the finished product for my personal use, please!

• Please keep me informed on your model release ;0; I wanna see and promote as well! <3

• Please Credit my work and myself directly on your listing as well as if asked.
