A new conversation needs the project context you want it to use. A short Markdown note can give it a clear starting point. You can try this workflow for free with any text editor.
SAVE FIVE THINGS
- Goal: what outcome do you want, and what would prove success?
- 2. Evidence: what was actually done and checked?
- 3. Decisions: what has been confirmed, by whom and when?
- 4. Uncertainty: which assumptions and missing checks remain?
- 5. Next step: one concrete action and its completion condition.
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE
Goal: a presenter can deliver a workshop in 45 minutes using the materials alone. An agenda exists, but timing has not been tested. Next: run a rehearsal and record elapsed time and unclear instructions. The agenda is a draft, not proof that the workshop is ready.
USE IT IN THE NEXT CHAT
Attach the note or paste its contents. Ask the assistant to confirm what it can read, summarize the verified state and continue with the next step. Review its output before updating the note. A saved local file is not automatic AI memory; access and editing depend on your chosen service. Keep secrets and unnecessary personal information out of shared context.
OPTIONAL READY-MADE KIT
KontextWerk offers AI Project Memory: ten Markdown files per language, four complete prompts, a checklist and a worked fictional example. English and German are both included for one payment of 5 euros including applicable tax. The core method above is free to use. The kit is AI-assisted and reviewed; it includes no AI account, automatic synchronization or guaranteed outcomes.
