Engage in, facilitate, or participate in activities involving the unauthorized ripping, copying, modifying, distributing, making my works public, or pirating of the Avatar or any related VRChat content, including but not limited to joining or contributing to Discord servers, forums, or communities focused on such activities (e.g., sharing ripped assets or tools for extraction).
I (WE) reserve the right to immediately terminate or revoke your license, download credits, and access to the Avatar without notice or refund if we determine, that you have violated these Terms. I use Gonso Licensing anti-leak system, therefore:
- You will not be able to edit or access the FBX. You will not be able to edit it in Blender,
- You can do any Unity edits.
- Your license will be linked to your VRChat account, only one account per license.
You can see more information here: https://gonsodanyfaq.carrd.co/
-
Due to the nature of Gonso licensing, you are unable to extract the FBX file itself into blender for hard editing, or adding clothes.
You may however use MODULAR AVATAR TOOLS to add assets directly in blender and sculpt it to the model.
All videos on how to create your own toggle and add your own assets are directly on the product descriptions of each avatar.
You are more than welcome to modify/edit the textures of the assets on the models, this includes clothing, tattoos, hair edits, emissions, etc.
You are NOT allowed to claim the modified work as your own base work.
-
Due to the nature of avatar files being a digital product, the moment you share files over the internet that IS SENT from your PC to another device via email, discord, google/one drive or any secondary file upload websites, ripperstore or VRModels, that is considered redistribution.
This breaks my TOS that you have agreed upon purchase, therefore I reserve the right to file DMCA to take it down, and revoke any access to the license key to the avatar.
Uploads of my models to VRChat must be set to private UNDER EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE. Public uploads or redistribution through avatar worlds are strictly prohibited.
-
If you are planning to to use any avatar you have officially purchased from my store for VTubing, streaming, or monetized projects, you do no require a separate license. I only require you to display credits of the avatar name and my name on your stream or in the description.
