The information that you provide will be used to process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order or other inquiries, ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity. However, it does get shared with trusted third party entities for payment processing, shipping carriers and legal authorities when required by law.

Orders & Payment

There are no payment plans available, so all orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Major credit cards are accepted and other secure payment options are listed at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it can not be changed. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly check your desired order and shipping information before confirming your order.

Shipping & Delivery

As of right now only domestic shipping is available. Standard processing time is 7-10 business days which doesn’t include weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on location. LVJ Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and customization levels of these products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are offered. On the other hand, if your product reaches you damaged, please contact me within 1 day of delivery with photo verification via email and I’ll gladly resolve the issue. To prevent issues, please measure your pet(s) first.

Protection of Children

This website is not intended for anyone under the age of 14 unless supervised by an adult. Intentionally collecting personal information from minors is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that a minor has submitted private information, please notify me IMMEDIATELY!

Material Sensitivity

If you know or suspect that you or your fur baby are allergic to any materials used, please refrain from purchasing. All collars and keychains are made of faux leather, and the glue that is used to adhere the rhinestones is Gem-Tac by Beacon or Aleene's Jewel-It.
