1. Orders & Payments

All Payhip purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Please review product details, sizes, colors, quantities, and personalization information before completing your order.

2. Processing Times

Please allow 5–15 business days for processing physical products unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity, materials, and order volume. Shipping time is separate from processing time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tracking will be provided when available. Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details. When applicable, mockups will be provided for approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or processing time.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and digital products are generally final sale. Cancellations are not accepted once custom production begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos for review. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is included unless stated. Customers should verify file compatibility before purchasing. Files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed unless the product license permits it. Digital sales are final after delivery or access, except where required by law.

7. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible physical products by prior arrangement. Customers must receive confirmation that their order is ready before pickup.

8. Handmade Products & Care

Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur with handmade and 3D-printed items. Please follow all product-specific care and safety instructions. Excessive heat should be avoided with 3D-printed products unless specifically designed for heat exposure.

9. Intellectual Property

Original LadyGPCo designs and digital materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce or resell designs unless expressly authorized.
