YOU have found the digital presentation aspect of our FIRST Education + Performance Salsa series! ¡WEPA!

Over an 8-week period, we have lectured about the Roots of Salsa...discussing ideas of decolonization and survival from the past and present, in the context of Salsa as a world-wide genre. There is an alive spirit of resistance music that is the NuevaYol/Afro-Indigenous/Caribbean/Latin American experience. ¡SALSA!

The preservation of our culture is NECESSARY to include the contributions of Queer, Trans, Fems who have seen the future of this genre and are delivering!

It is our mission that future generations have access to deepen in this ancestral work. Wherever you are in the World, you have the power to tell stories through the legacy of movement!
