May you remember how to talk to your guides and wise ancestors and ask them for their advice and protection.
May you enter the sacred space of your being to recognize the truth beneath the obvious.
May you know that things like hate and cruelty cannot be digested as they reactivate your old wounds, and instead of believing in your superpowers of carrying all the pain of this world, ask yourself how you can reduce the suffering and bring more healing to yourself and others.
May you realize that when life gets too much, instead of losing yourself in distractions, your job is to pause, breathe, retreat, and release.
May fill yourself up with the grace of the natural world so you can be of service to those in need.
May you find the courage to stop leading the old battles, and create a life where you can shine and thrive.
May you take another breath to keep on walking the path of living a human experience knowing that with each lesson you are becoming wiser, kinder and more compassionate.
May you become aware that you have a choice to consciously create the future for your children and their children.
May you see the consequences of your decisions, not only for you in here and now, but for your brothers and sisters who in their core are just like you - the children of the Divine.
