These terms are subject to change at any time without warning at Leyuna's discretion. The contents of the terms of service will apply to all customers regardless of when an item was purchased. If you break any of the following terms, you run the risk of being blacklisted from Leyuna's Atelier, Wyrd Wonders Studio, and possibly other shops/establishments affiliated with them.

Termination of Access: Leyuna's Atelier reserves the right to terminate access to its assets, avatars, or other products for any user who violates these terms of service.

• Credit must always be given in an easily accessible location. Credit must contain the Asset name, "Leyuna's Atelier", and the link to the original asset/Avatar (Hyperlink OK)
• Public Avatars: You may put credit in the uploaded avatar's description.
• For Sale, Free, Nitro Avatars: Credit should be on the purchase page
• VTubing: Credit should be listed in either your stream channel panels and/or on your SocialLink site (Beacons, Caard, Linktree, etc.)

Please read the following Terms of Service before using any assets provided by Leyuna's Atelier.

• Usage Permissions: All assets provided by Leyuna's Atelier are allowed on Free, Public, Nitro, and For Sale avatars, as long as proper credit is given. Failure to include credit may result in revoked access.

• Providing Information: You must provide valid information for access to Leyuna's Atelier assets. Failure to provide valid information may result in revoked access and an email ban.

• Server Ban Policy: Users who are banned from the Leyuna's Cottage or Wyrd Wonders Studio Discord server will lose access to all assets. Banned users are prohibited from using any items from my store.

• Usage Limits: There is no set limit on how many assets from my store you can use on your avatar.

• Redistribution: Redistribution of my assets, with or without edits, is strictly prohibited. Users are not allowed to share, sell, or distribute the assets unless on a finished avatar.

• Modifications: You may redistribute edits and/or use parts of my mesh on your 'For Sale Assets' as long as you include proper credit to the original asset.

• Updates: I will update any asset and avatar as needed up until a certain point. You may need to have your own knowledge to fix some minor mistakes.

• Commercial Use for VTubing: If you are using Leyuna's Atelier assets for VTubing purposes, you must purchase commercial rights (where available) and provide proper credit in an easily accessible area.

• Usage in VR Social Games: You are allowed to use my assets in any VR social game, VRChat or otherwise. You may use my asset on your avatar in personal games (Craftopia, 7 Days to die, Valheim, etc.). Other game usage must receive explicit permission from Leyuna.

• Help: You must have some Blender knowledge. I am not responsible for you buying assets you don't know how to put together.

• Help Cont.: Though my assets are intended to be used in blender, you may use it in other 3D modeling software. However, should you break it, I will not be responsible for fixing it. (If you are adding my asset to a pre-existing avatar, you will have to re-rig it yourself)

• Use of Assets in Commissions: Leyuna's Atelier assets may be used in commissions if the artist purchased the asset. If the client wishes to use the asset on other projects and have access to the files, both parties must hold valid licenses for the asset to be used. Redistribution of the asset file to the client without proper licensing is strictly prohibited.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, I am not able to give any refunds. I will happily try to fix any issues with my assets/avatars as needed.

• By using assets from my store, you agree to abide by these terms. I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Do NOT remove the credits inside the head

• Breaking ANY of these rules will lead to a ban/blacklist on our own & partner servers, along with legal DMCA action.

• You may NOT resell, share, price split, or trade this model

• No major edits allowed i.e. headswaps. Material edits are allowed. The avatar should still be recognizable as the original. You may create a help ticket in the Wyrd Wonders Studio Discord if you would like to receive permission for other changes.

• You may not give the model or related files to a different artist to make changes. If you want changes, you must commission a separate model with the other artist. (Unless the model is a full-scratch model, you do not *own* the model. You own the right to be the only one that can *use* the model)

• Do NOT remove the credits inside the head

• Any assets I use on the model(s), that are not created directly by me, are always listed as "allowed for commercial use" and must be credited and used according to the original creator of the asset on your content channel(s) or socials site (ex: linktree, beacons, caard). Using the link for the model from my site may not always be acceptable.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission.

• I reserve the right to use all commissioned work for any marketing purposes as I see fit, including sharing on social media platforms and streaming as I work on it.

• 2 revisions are allowed upon review of the work-in-progress. More frequent changes or major late-stage changes will incur an extra fee depending on the request. If there is something wrong with the model such as severe clipping or broken hands/expressions, I will fix it free of charge.

• Unless a client is doing the work themself, clients must inquire with me if they want to use their VTuber model in VRChat, Chillout VR, or other virtual social games. Games like Craftopia, Valheim, and 7 days to die, where the model is stored and referenced locally, do not count. (The terms of service for kit-bashed assets still apply) 

• Commission completion date will vary (I struggle with chronic health conditions and may take longer if necessary. This will not affect payment and will not change the refund policy unless I am unable to complete the commission). If you have a specific time frame you need/want the model done by, let me know, and I will do my best.

• Breaking ANY of these rules will lead to a ban/blacklist on our own & partner servers, along with legal DMCA action.
