Liberation Notes
Liberation Notes is more than a journal collection—it’s a movement.
A safe space for people to meet themselves on the page.
We create prompted journals—guided spaces that help people explore the parts of life they often leave unspoken. Some of our journals speak to grief, because that’s where we began. But life isn’t only about what we’ve lost.
It’s also about what we carry, what we crave, what we dream of becoming.
Liberation Notes is for the ones who feel too much and say too little. The ones who are joyful with no one to tell. The ones grieving in silence, the ones chasing purpose, or questioning everything.
It’s for the people who need room to say, “This is what I survived,” or “This is what I’m proud of,” or even just, “This is who I am today.”
Each journal offers carefully written prompts—some soft, some raw, some playful—that help you dig beneath the surface and speak your truth, in your own time. We’re not here to fix you. We’re here to give you a space to be fully human.
Because we believe that when you write it and feel it, you begin to free it.
And freedom—that quiet, honest kind—is something every soul deserves.
Liberation Notes
Write it. Feel it. Free it.
