All items sold in our store are digital, downloadable products. Because these are digital products, there are no refunds once purchased.

Once you purchase a digital download from our shop, you can immediately download your document file from the onscreen receipt page or the email receipt sent to your inbox.

You may download each document up to five times.

While I do not provide refunds, if you are unhappy with a product that you ordered, contact me using the form below so we can determine together how to best make the situation right.
