The bracelets in our shop are made with glass beads, plastic beads, plastic charms, nickel-free gold and silver beads, and polyester/polyurethane elastic cord. You can find more information about the types of beads and supplies we use at www.hobbylobby.com.

Our bracelets are not waterproof and are capable of tarnishing so we do not recommend wearing them while in the water. If you do choose to wear them while in water, please know that discoloration and damage may occur. To prevent fading, please make sure to store your bracelets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and away from water/chemicals to prevent overall damage. Please know that natural fading may occur over time and with wear. To prevent breakage, please don't overstretch the elastic unnecessarily. The surface of glass beads is capable of being scratched if handled with unnecessary roughness. Please handle gently for safety.

Our bracelets are made with small beads and pieces that have the potential to be a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 5 years old. Parental discretion is advised prior to purchasing.

For reference, our 5.5 inches size is generally our standard "children's size." Our 6.5-7 inches is generally our standard "women's size." And since we know our brothers in Christ sometimes shop here too (or you shop for them!), our 7.5-8 inches is generally our standard "men's size." We always recommend ensuring you'll be happy to the size you choose, so we recommend using a tape measure or tailor's tape to measure your wrist before ordering if you're unsure of your regular bracelet size. If you're ordering a gift for someone else, we recommend using our "general sizes" as mentioned to guide you.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted as most of our bracelets are made-to-order at this time. However, we want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have an issue with your order.

Orders are shipped out 3-5 business days after they've been placed and you'll receive an email update when your order has been shipped. After being shipped, orders can take anywhere between 2-14 business days to be delivered.

We always do our best to do everything we can on our end to package your items well and ensure that they will arrive to you safely but please know that issues can occur while in transit that are out of our control.

We are unable to reimburse for packages sent to incorrect addresses, as we are a very small boutique, so please ensure that your shipping address is completely correct before placing your order. Orders sent to incorrect addresses will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience, and again, strongly recommend triple-checking that your address is correct before placing your order.
