When I do, my magical friends taught me a special trick that helps calm me down. It’s called…


🦋 The “Bubble Breath” Spell!


It’s not really a spell… but it feels like one, and it always works.


Here’s how it goes:


🌈 Step 1: Pretend you’re blowing a giant bubble


Close your eyes (if you want), and take a deep breath in through your nose. Fill up your belly like you’re about to blow the BIGGEST bubble in the world.


🌬️ Step 2: Blow it out super slow


Now slowly blow out through your mouth like you’re filling up that magical bubble with all your stress and worries.


Make it slow and soft like this: fwoooooooooh…


🫧 Step 3: Watch it float away


In your mind, imagine the bubble floating up into the sky — filled with your stress — getting smaller and smaller… until pop! it disappears.


I do this three times, or more if I need.

And guess what? By the end, my heart feels softer. My sparkle feels settled again.


You can do it anywhere — in your room, at school, even under a blanket fort. 💫
