Dragonflies are calm and graceful. Have you ever had a dragonfly float in front of you as if to say hello? I have! They are magical! Did you know that they glide through the air even when the wind swirls all around them? And guess what? You can, too. With just a breath and your heartstone (or even your hand on your heart), you can feel calm again.

✨ Dragonfly Breathing – A Magical How-To
1. Find your still spot
Sit down or lie back, just like you would in a magical circle.
2. Put your hand on your heart
Or, if you have your heartstone, hold it gently in your hand.
3. Take a deep breath in…
Imagine your breath floating like a dragonfly’s wings—soft and smooth. 🌬️
Count: “1… 2… 3… 4…”
4. Let it out slowly…
Whisper your breath out like wind through the trees. 🌳
Count: “4… 3… 2… 1…”
5. Repeat three times
With every breath, imagine the storm inside you getting quieter and quieter.
