It’s me, Lilly!

I wanted to tell you something really important…

It’s okay to feel.

All of it. The happy, the silly, the sad, the mad — even the moments where you don’t know what you’re feeling at all.


Sometimes, I feel everything at once.

Like when the room is loud, or someone else is upset, or when I don’t even know why I want to cry — I just do.

And guess what? That’s okay too.




🌧 Feelings are like weather


Have you ever seen a cloud floating across the sky?

Feelings are just like that.

They come in, they float around, and then… they move on.


You don’t have to pretend you’re fine when you’re not.

You don’t have to smile if your heart feels heavy.

You can just be you. And that is always enough.




🌱 Give your feelings a home


Sometimes I tell my feelings,

“Hi feeling, I see you. You’re safe here.”


I might draw them in my journal…

Or sing them into a song…

Or give them to the Earth when I take a deep breath and say,

“Here you go, Earth. I don’t need to carry this anymore.”




✨ Your feelings are part of your magic


Did you know that your big heart is a superpower?

You feel deeply because you care deeply.

That makes you a helper, a friend, and a little beam of light in this world.


So the next time you feel too much…

Or someone tells you you’re “too sensitive”…

You can smile and say,

“I’m magical. My feelings are allowed.”



Keep being beautifully, wonderfully you.
