Do you ever feel super tired, kind of crabby, or like your sparkle has gone dim? I do too sometimes—and that’s when I know it’s time for self-care!
Self-care is a magical way to take care of YOU. It helps your body rest, your heart feel safe, and your mind feel clear. It’s like giving yourself a cozy hug from the inside out. ✨
💦 Here are some of my favorite self-care spells:
• The Bubble Bath Potion: Add sparkly bath bubbles and play your favorite song. Let the water wash away big feelings.
• Snuggle Time: Wrap up in a soft blanket with a stuffed animal or a good book. (Velora the Raven always sits on the edge of my blanket!)
• Quiet Sparkle Breaths: Breathe in like you’re smelling a cupcake 🧁… and breathe out like you’re blowing out a birthday candle. Do this three times and feel your calm come back.
• Feelings Journal: I draw how I feel or write a note to myself like: “It’s okay to rest. My light is still glowing.”
• Nature Walk with Luna: Even just a walk to the backyard or a peek at the sky helps me feel part of something magical and big.
