Do you ever feel like people’s feelings or energy get really close to you? Maybe someone’s being loud, or a friend is in a grumpy mood — and suddenly, you start feeling it too, even if it isn’t yours.
That used to happen to me, Lilly Emberglow, all the time… until I learned about something magical called the Permission Rose.

🌟 What is the Permission Rose?
The Permission Rose is an imaginary flower that you place right at the edge of your aura — that’s your invisible bubble of light that surrounds your body. This rose is super special. It holds magic that helps you remember:
• You have permission to be in your space.
• Others have permission to be in their space.
• You don’t have to take on what isn’t yours.
It’s like setting up a glowing, gentle boundary made of love and light.

🌸 How Do You Use It?
Here’s how I place my Permission Rose:
1. 🌼 I take a soft breath in and imagine a beautiful rose. It can be any color I want — sometimes pink, sometimes golden, sometimes even sparkly lavender!
2. 🌹 I place that rose just outside my energy bubble — a few inches or even a few feet away.
3. ✨ I gently say (in my mind or out loud):
“I give myself permission to be in my own space, and I give everyone else permission to be in theirs.”
4. 🌟 I let the rose glow with light and love, standing like a quiet protector.

💖 Why It Helps
Sometimes, we empaths soak up all the feelings like a sponge. But the Permission Rose helps us honor what’s ours and let go of what’s not. It’s like saying, “It’s okay for me to feel calm, even if someone else is stormy.”
It doesn’t block love — it just reminds you that your energy matters too.
