Something that makes your heart happy and your spirit shine.
It’s play.
Play isn’t just what we do when the work is done.
It is the work — the work of joy, imagination, and being fully alive!
When I twirl in a field of wildflowers, or giggle with Luna the Unicorn, or build a magical fort out of pillows and light… my soul feels brighter. It’s like my heart is saying, “Thank you for remembering me.”
🌟 Play teaches us to listen.
🌟 Play helps us make friends.
🌟 Play lets us feel free — free to be exactly who we are.
When I’m playing, I’m not worried about being perfect.
I’m just being. And that is where the true magic begins.
So if someone ever says, “Why are you being so silly?”
You can say, “Because my heart needs this.”
Whether you’re:
• dancing with shadows on your bedroom wall
• making up stories with talking trees
• or jumping through puddles pretending they’re portals…
You are growing your light.
Don’t ever stop playing. Not even when you’re tall.
