Hello, sweet Lightkeeper. đź’›
Something big happened today. Someone in the world that many people loved went home to the stars. And even though we might not have known them in person, we felt them. Their kindness, their bravery, and their words might’ve made our hearts glow brighter.
Maybe your grown-up had tears in their eyes. Maybe you heard people talking about it on the news or in whispers. Maybe you felt something too — even if you weren’t sure why.
I want you to know something really important:
✨ It’s okay to feel sad, even when it’s someone you never met.
✨ It’s okay to cry, to wonder, or to feel a little heavy in your heart.
✨ It means your heart is open. It means you care.
That’s one of your superpowers as a Lightkeeper.
When someone special leaves Earth, the love they shared doesn’t disappear. It becomes a glow — a shimmer of stardust that lives in our memories, and in the brave ways they helped others.
In the forest where I live, Luna the Unicorn says that every time someone goes home to the stars, a new light appears in the sky — one we can whisper to when we miss them. Velora the Raven reminds me that the stories they told live on in the wind. And Solara the Dragonfly says our feelings, even the big heavy ones, are proof that we loved.
So tonight, maybe we look up at the stars together. Maybe we light a tiny candle or whisper a thank you. Maybe we draw a picture of the person we miss.
Because even though a star has gone home, their light is still with us.
And so is yours. 🌟
Sending you a soft feather of comfort and a circle of courage,
Lilly Emberglow
