Sometimes, the world feels like itâs just too much.
Too many voices. Too many lights. Too many feelings that donât even feel like yours.
Thatâs what happened to me today.
I was walking through the town square when all the noise started to swirl. Laughter, clanging bells, rushing feet. It felt like everyoneâs energy was bumping into mine. My chest got tight. My eyes filled with tears, but I didnât know why. I just needed to get away.
So I ran.
Through the woods. Past the willow tree. All the way to my favorite mossy spot near the stream.
Thatâs when Velora landed softly beside me, her wings quieter than a whisper.
âLetâs make a bubble,â she said. âA gentle oneâjust for you.â

The Peace Bubble Trick
Hereâs what Velora taught me, and now I want to teach it to you:
- Sit still. Close your eyes.
- Take one deep breath in. Pretend youâre breathing in calm, soft sparkles.
- Let it out slowly, like youâre blowing on a dandelion.
- Now imagine a soft bubble forming around youâyour very own peace bubble.
- It can be lavender, gold, or whatever color makes you feel safe.
- Nothing noisy or heavy can come inside.
- You get to choose what stays out and what stays in.
I sat in my bubble for five whole minutes. The forest sounds softened. The world got slower. And I remembered something important:
⨠Not all the feelings I feel are mine. â¨
đ Gentle Reminder from Lilly:
âItâs okay to take a break. Itâs okay to protect your light. Even soft hearts are strong."
