Refund Policy/Terms of Service





Refund Policy for Monthly Subscriptions:


1. Billing Information:

  - When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the initial price monthly with auto renewal until you cancel on the Payhip site.


2. Understanding Payhip Charges:

  - If you see a charge from Payhip and are unsure why, please note that Payhip is a platform that allows creators to sell digital files, courses, memberships, and other products through their own branded store. It's likely that you bought something from one of our customers' stores and forgot to cancel the membership.


3. Finding Your Purchase:

  - You will have received an email receipt for your purchase. You can search your email for "Payhip" to find this receipt. Our email address is at the bottom of the receipt, which you can use to contact us directly for any inquiries or refund requests.


4. Requesting a Refund:

  - To request a refund, please reach out to us by clicking the contact button in my store. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.


5. Refund Eligibility:

  - Refunds are generally issued for the initial subscription period if requested within 30 days of purchase, although there might be exceptions depending on the case. Refunds for subsequent months are considered on a case-by-case basis.


6. Cancellation Policy:

  - You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Payhip site. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.


Important note:

Typically you must be 18 years old or older to purchase something like this on Payhip. If you are under the age, please contact me for a refund and I will do so immediately.

If we discover that a transaction was made by a minor without appropriate parental consent, we may immediately void the transaction and issue a refund, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products or services.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases made by minors who fail to obtain proper parental consent. If a minor uses a payment method without the consent of the cardholder or guardian, we may, at our discretion, investigate the transaction and take necessary action, including suspending or canceling the order.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including any local, state, and international regulations, related to purchasing, using, and sharing our products or services. This includes abiding by laws that protect minors from online transactions without consent and any relevant consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if we have reason to believe that a user is underage or has engaged in prohibited conduct, including, but not limited to:

  • Providing false information regarding age or parental consent.
  • Violating any terms related to the purchase of goods or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these TOS, including but not limited to any unauthorized purchases made by minors or failure to obtain proper parental consent.
