BookFunnel is the delivery service Lisa uses for ebooks.

1. You will receive two emails; the first from Payhip which contains only a pdf with instructions. The second email will be from help@bookfunnel.com - this one contains your book.
2. Click on the link in your BookFunnel email. It will look something like bookhip.com/(letters).
3. Follow the prompts to download your ebook to the device of your choice.
4. If you have any problems at all, BookFunnel have fantastic customer support to help you, and you can email them directly for help at help@bookfunnel.com.

If you can't see your BookFunnel email, make sure to check your spam or 'promotion's tab (for gmail accounts)

You can read your ebooks online, in the free Bookfunnel app, or download them to your Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook, or Kobo device.

You can use PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or American express debit or credit cards, with payments being processed securely via Payhip.

There is no return policy for ebooks. If you're having any trouble at all downloading your purchased books via BookFunnel, they provide excellent customer support. If you're still stuck, please contact help@tatehousebooks.com
