2. Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Most of our collections come with a personalized invitation and thank-you note. Just follow the instructions at checkout or in the product listing to send your custom details.

3. How will I receive my files?

All files are delivered digitally. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a download link to your email. There’s nothing to ship just print and party!

4. Do I need any special software?

Nope! All files are provided in standard formats like PDF or PNG. You can print them at home or send them to your local print shop.

5. Can I edit the files myself?

Our collections are designed to be easy and stress-free. We do offer personalization on invites & thank you notes. All pieces are ready-to-print no extra work required!

6. Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital items, we do not offer refunds. However, if you ever have a problem with your files or need help, I’m always happy to assist!
