At first, it felt harmless.
A little video here, a game there.
And honestly… I was tired.
It helped me get things done.
I kept telling myself:
“It’s normal. Every kid uses a phone.”
But then the small changes started.
My niece wasn’t the same.
😔 The spark in the eyes faded a little
😡 Meltdowns over tiny things
💤 Falling asleep later and later

💔 And the worst part… pulling away from me
One night, I looked at my niece and thought:
