Terms Of Service

By purchasing and downloading any digital asset or avatar (the "Product") from this store, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in a revocation of your license without refund.

1. PERSONAL LICENSE & USAGE

Individual Use Only: All avatars are licensed for personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use. You are strictly prohibited from setting any avatar to "Public" in VRChat or any other social platform.
Content Creation: You are permitted to use these models for streaming (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) and social media content.
Branding Restriction: You may not use the avatar as a logo, trademarked mascot, or commercial "brand" for merchandise or vtuber.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS & REDISTRIBUTION

No Redistribution: Sharing, trading, or "splitting" the package with others is strictly prohibited. This includes uploading the files to a third-party site or sending them to a friend. Therefore, any uploading, redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing or distribution in any way is prohibited.
No "Asset Ripping": You are not allowed to extract textures, assets, meshes, or body/head edits to use on other models, whether for personal or commercial projects.
Direct Sourcing: To use specific props (assets) found on these models for your own creations, you must purchase those assets directly from the original creators.

3. ASSET-SPECIFIC TERMS (FOR ASSET PURCHASES)

If you have purchased a standalone asset (clothing, hair, etc.), the following applies:

Commercial Integration: You may include these assets on finished avatars for sale (Free, Nitro, or Commercial models). You MUST NOT take parts of any of my assets
No Standalone Resale: You MUST NOT sell the asset even if it's edited, modified, or changed. It must be part of a complete avatar.
Attribution: You must provide credit via a link to this store when using these assets.

4. PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

Authorized Stores: Licenses are only valid if purchased via Gumroad or Payhip. Purchases from third-party "leak" sites or unauthorized resellers are a violation of these terms.
Right to Modify: We reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. By purchasing the product or continuing to use it, the User agrees to be bound by the most current version of this Agreement.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate checkout information. Use of false information will result in the immediate revocation of your license.
No Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree that no refunds will be provided regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or accessed.

5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

User Competency: Buyers are expected to have a basic working knowledge of Unity and Blender.
Upload Assistance: If you are unable to upload a paid avatar, you may open a support ticket. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for assistance.

6. DISCLAIMERS

Platform Compatibility: We are not responsible for any future updates to VRChat, Unity, or other third-party software that may cause the product to break, become incompatible, or lose functionality.
