When Baby starts to kicking. We better eat.

Monday was a pretty great day. Outside of the early morning vomiting into my bedside trashcan. Which I must admit could have been avoided. Why? Because I slept my way through the morning. I was muy consada; dreading getting up and going to gather small logs and sticks.


I usually hit the woods with Sasha trotting near my side; to gather firewood for the other end of our new house. Though I love this new chore. The thought of getting out of it need and facing the cold sometimes makes me cringe.


But when I finally got up at, drank agua, and then through it all back up. I realize my big mistake. The same one I've made at least four times during this pregnancy. I first experienced it when pregnant with our beautiful baby girl, Yapheh.


I had a meal already prepared from dinner the night before. So, I smashed the rest of my food on my plate and started back on the delightful path back to Happily Ever After.


This is another tasty dish I prepared for the nourishment of our bodies. I encourage you to try it in your pregnancy meal plan. This is chicken wings and a salad with balsamic vinegar and a huge cucumber that I shared with my Sasha.
