We'd love to hear from you first about any customs, please contact us via the form below or our email support@lovelymelanin.onmicrosoft.com so that we may discuss your design. Before it can be converted into a stitch pattern and onto our equipment, each design must be digitized, or computed digitally.

I will email you back within 24 to 72 hours and let you know your request was received; I may require additional information upon your request. You will then receive an email from me with an invoice and payment instructions before starting the project you are requesting. (If your email filters out possible junk mail, please add the email that appears after you successfully submit the form to your address book.) Once I receive payment for your order, I will start creating your custom illustration when I am done with other projects requested before yours.

  *Please note that due to the nature and time constraints of custom pieces, I may not be able to accept all custom requests.
