If you’re using something I’ve made, please give proper credit and include a visible link back to my shop or profile whenever possible.

Unless I’ve stated otherwise, all assets you purchase from me are licensed for personal and commercial VRChat use by default.

Here’s the quick breakdown:

• You can use my assets on complete models that you sell, give away for free, release publicly, or share through Nitro.
• You can use my creations for VTubing projects, as long as you give credit.
• You can edit or customize them however you like—but even heavily modified versions must still be credited as: "[Product Name] by Lovely!"

What’s not allowed:

• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing my original files or modified versions outside of a finished model.

Note: Credit is not required if the asset is used on a personal or public avatar.

Because these are digital goods, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

1. The product has zero downloads (no matter how many files are included).
2. You have a valid reason and are following these Terms & Guidelines.

To request a refund, open a support ticket in my Discord server.

Note: Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee approval—refunds will only be given if the above conditions are met.

• Both parties must already own the relevant product before the commission starts.
• If the final commissioned work is being sold publicly, proper credit to me is required.
