
I put this dinner together quickly and it came out so good. It's a great low carb option for a busy weeknight.
I grilled a jalapeno cheddar sausage from Sam's club...so good. Then cut it into slices and placed in a bowl. I spooned some of my leftover low carb chili over the top and added cheddar cheese, onion and my homemade cole slaw. The recipes for chili and slaw can be found on my website: lowcarbrevelation.com
