١. سياسة الاسترجاع:

يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع المبلغ خلال يومين من تاريخ الشراء. لكن في حال تم إنجاز ٥٠٪ من عملية المونتاج أو أكثر، لا يحق الاسترجاع.

٢. مدة التسليم:

المدة القصوى لتسليم المنتج هي أسبوعين. قد تمتد هذه المدة حسب ضغط الطلبات وقائمة الانتظار، والمشتري يوافق على ذلك قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

٣. الجودة والاسترجاع:

بمجرد إتمام عملية الشراء، فإن العميل يقرّ بالموافقة على جودة العمل والمنتج النهائي. بعد استلام المنتج لا يحق طلب استرجاع المبلغ، لكن يمكن طلب تعديلات أو تغييرات على العمل.

Return Policy: Customers can request a refund within two days of purchase. However, if the editing process is at least 50% complete, no refund will be issued.

Delivery Time: The maximum delivery time for the product is two weeks. This timeframe may extend depending on the current workload and the order queue. Customers agree to this before purchasing.

Quality and Refunds: By making the purchase, customers agree to the product’s quality and the final output. Once the product is received, no refunds will be given. Customers can still request edits or changes, but not a refund.
