2- Functional or Skills-Based Resume:

  • Recruiters hate Functional resumes. because the most important thing for them is your (Last Job Position), (Your Experience), and (Your Achievements) the Functional Resume does not have them.
  • Recruiters cannot scan this resume fast;
  • This format shows that you hide something;
  • Mostly, This resume cannot achieve ATS-Friendly;




3- Hybrid / Combination Resume:

Hybrid Resume is a combination of a Chronological & Functional Resume and highlights both experience and skills.
