Personal Use Only

• Avatars are for private use only and may only be uploaded to accounts owned by you. Public uploads are prohibited.

Checkout Information

• Accurate information is required at checkout. False information may result in a shop ban. For gifts, include both purchaser and recipient details.

File Sharing

• Do not share or transfer avatar files. Third-party access for commissions, edits, or uploads requires prior permission through my Discord.

Leaks & Redistribution

• Leaking, reselling, trading, or redistributing avatar files is prohibited and may result in a permanent blacklist, DMCA takedowns, or legal action.

Included Assets

• Assets included on the avatar may not be extracted, reused, redistributed, or resold separately.

Commercial Content

• Monetized use such as streaming, videos, TikToks, or adult content is allowed with credit: “(Avatar Name) by M0M0”.

Editing

• Personal edits to hair, clothing, textures, colors, and minor head/body sculpting are allowed. Head swaps and body swaps are not permitted. At least 2 original meshes must remain. Credit M0M0 as the original avatar creator.

Design Integrity

• Directly copying or recreating my avatar designs is prohibited.

AI Usage

• My avatars, included assets, renders, and promotional images may not be used for AI training, datasets, LoRAs, image generation, style replication, or other machine-learning purposes without permission.

License

• Purchasing an avatar grants a personal, non-transferable license. Ownership of my original work remains with M0M0.

Assets

Usage Rights

• Assets may be used for personal, commercial, free, public, or Nitro avatars depending on the individual product license. Always check the product description before use, as some assets are not permitted on free avatars.
