Habari (Hello) & Karibuni (welcome) to MAMISA The Brand.
I am originally from Africa, settled in Dallas TX for more than 30 years.
When Covid-19 started attacking the world, I thought "If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem" That's why I decided to be part of the solution by starting my own mask designs which are protective, comfortable & stylish.To be honest, no one knows how long this pandemic will last but until then we can protect ourselves in style & comfort.For most of the masks I use a special material from East Africa called Kitenge & also used Camouflage material from the U.S.
I chose Kitenge because of the authenticity (East/West Africa), the softness of the cotton, the vibrant beautiful colors & assurance that the material is breathable through out the day, especially when you live in Texas.
So karibuni (welcome), enjoy the masks & please keep safe out there.
